You know a business work ethics by how they treat their customers and their property . They were easy to reach on phone, gave me a date as soon as possible and assured me if something soon opens up they will let me know .A slot did open up a week earlier and they asked me if I wanted it .On the day of cleaning, Carlos let me know when he would be there exactly and they were very punctual. As soon as they came in they all wore shoe covers , which I really appreciate, and rolled out a tarp to walk on. Carlos explained to me how they will do the cleaning and they started on the job right away after explaining all the details. They were very respectful and did the job really well and even repaired the dryer foil duct with a better one for a very minimal fee. At the end they showed me the before and after pictures and boy! am I glad we got them cleaned out there was so much debris in there. After they cleaned up they left my house exactly the way things were before…. actually better than before because the ducts were cleaner and dryer duct was repaired. Our experience was better than we expected. They were able to work with us with a short notice of when we needed them... to come in. The customer service rep. was very polite and knowledgeable with regards to questions we had about some of the services we saw online. Once we scheduled a date for them to come in and clean our ducts in our home, they checked in with us the morning of to let us know what time they would be arriving and when they were leaving. They arrived right on time and from there they went straight to work. The two man team that arrived were very professional and efficient at what they did. They asked some questions to know what they were working with and explained everything that was to come and anything they came up they thought was worth mentioning. They arrived at 8:30 and were done around 10:30 or so. They wore shoe wore and took care to leave everything as it was before they arrived. On the day of service they arrived on time and were very communicative the entire time. We had some mold in our main unit and we opted to get the extra treatment to clean it. I recommend working with this company! They are not the cheapest but they are good. We had our ducts and chimney... cleaned. They arrived at 8:30/9 and left around noon. They did a great job. They showed me the before and the after with the camera they inserted in the intake. The previous owners had the ducts cleaned but I believe they smoked at one point while living here and had pets. I didn’t mind spending the money because they have a high rating and you don’t have to deal with any extra BS. They are transparent about their services and where the other said it would take just an hour, Air Wiz was here longer and did a great job.read more

This was the first time getting our ducts cleaned after recently moving in to our new place. AirWiz showed up on time... of our scheduled appointment and explained the entire process. It took approximately 1.5-2 hours to complete our single family house with 1 unit. Bought a townhouse recently. New to me, but the townhouse is several decades old. I wanted to get the air ducts and... dryer vent clean before moving in. I selected Airwiz based on recommendations from neighbors on NextDoor as well as my real estate agent. Read the reviews and saw how many people gave Airwiz a thumbs up. I asked for a quote and received it within a day. Scheduling was easy and they do have Saturday hours!It's been a couple hours since Alex and Luis left my house after cleaning the air ducts and dryer vent. They called ahead to let me know they were on the way and arrived at the expected time. Both were very respectful and were wearing masks and took off their shoes at my front door.Alex reviewed the air duct cleaning process with me. We noticed the last time the air ducts had been cleaned was 2004. Alex and Luis went through the access panel that was cut in 2004. They took the time to point out any issues like the registers being painted over and that the paint might crack. I watched as they cleaned a couple of the registers and how much care they took with each one.As I had suspected, there was some mold. Alex showed me what it looked like before and after cleaning. I did go with the sanitization option. A few hours later, Alex and Luis were finished. I was getting tired of having to dust my house so often and decided to bite the bullet and have my ducts cleaned. I had... avoided this in the past because I always heard it just spread more dust around and wasn't worth it. I did some research and read reviews and decided to go with Airwiz. So glad I did. They were able to come the very next day - in a snowstorm no less. The team was so gracious and polite and took the time to walk me through and explain everything. Seeing the live before and after videos was really eye-opening. But the best part was my home was immaculate after the cleaning - no residue to be found. Emma back at HQ was always helpful. I have no hesitation recommending Airwiz and will be using them again in the future.read more

Airwiz did a great job! They showed up on time and called ahead to let us know their ETA. They described everything... they were going to do ahead of time and spent about 1.5 - 2 hours in the house. I asked them up front to let me know if they find any mold so I can see it. They agreed but did not find any, and they did not push for any extra services. They also left the house clean. All in all, I have no reservations about recommending them and I would definitely use them again.read more

Great service! They called and asked if they could come 15 minutes earlier, this was great because it worked out with... my schedule. Love the before and after pictures and the live duct camera! Be sure to be home when they do the service, if you want to see live feed, otherwise specify if you want pictures or not. They also made sure the return vents were properly lined with foil tape, to prevent drywall dust to enter the vents. Very satisfied!read more
